In the old county of Huntingdonshire, the Ouse Valley Way Marathon is a 26.2 mile scenic route from Earith to Eynesbury. This is a flat course across grass, gravel and tarmac paths traveling along the river, through meadows, small villages, historic towns, and nature reserves.

All three races are point to point. Parking is available at the finish of the marathon and half marathon and each leg of the marathon relay. Before the race starts a bus can transport runners from the finish in Eynesbury to the start of the half marathon and marathon so that cars can be left at the finish. 

Marathon

The marathon race starts in Earith and finishes in Eynesbury close to the One Leisure sports centre. 

Half Marathon Relay

The half marathon relay race starts with the marathon race with the changeover to runner number two in Godmanchester, which is not quite halfway. The relay race finishes at the same point as the marathon in Eynesbury. Relay teams must comprise of two runners with each runner identified as the first or second runner before the start of the race. The second runner must be in place ready for their teammate at the changeover. There is no relay baton to carry.  When booking please ensure your Relay Team name is exactly the same for both runners so you are linked together in the timing software.

Half Marathon

The half marathon starts half-way along the marathon route in Godmanchester and finishes at the same point as the marathon and marathon relay in Eynesbury.

Transport

The bus from the finish at Eynesbury to the starts at Earith and Godmanchester is now fully booked and no further bookings can be accepted.

Bibs and Final Instructions

Bibs will be available for collection on the day or distributed on the coach.  Further instructions and bib numbers will be sent out by email during the middle of the preceding week.
