2026 - Eye Community Runners Charity Run

Join Eye Community Runners for their Charity Run, a friendly summer evening 5 mile race supporting an important local cause.

This year’s event is raising funds for the Cancer Wellbeing Service at Peterborough City Hospital.

Almost one in two people will be affected by cancer during their lifetime. By taking part, you will be helping to support a service that provides valuable care and wellbeing support to local patients and families.

As the focus of the event is maximising the amount raised for charity, there are no prizes. However, every runner will receive a complimentary drink after the race, with a choice of:

• Beer
• Lager
• Cider
• Non-alcoholic alternatives
• Soft drink

• Race Distance: 5 Miles
• Date: Thursday 16th July 2026
• Start Time: 7:00pm
• Minimum Age: 15 years

Entry Fees

• Attached Affiliated Runner: £8.00
• Unattached Runner: £10.00
• Entries on the Night: £2 surcharge applies

Online entry is available until 12 noon on Wednesday 15th July 2026.

Entries on the night will be accepted subject to availability.
