Open to all abilities, this aquathlon combines swimming and running in a friendly and supportive environment.

Please follow signs for ‘Sports Hall/Car Park’ (Entrance B) — not the main school car park.

Race distances

Juniors

• 200m swim
• 2km run

Adults

• Choice of 200m or 400m swim
• 5km run

Please ensure you are clear on your selected swim distance ahead of race day.

 

Registration and race numbers

Registration will take place on the day:

• Juniors: 08:15 – 08:45 (race briefing at 08:50)
• Adults: 08:15 – 09:30 (race briefing at 09:30)

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start time to allow for registration and setting up in transition.

 

Start times

• Juniors: 09:00
• Adults: 09:45

 

Transition area

All participants will have access to a designated transition area. Please ensure your equipment is set up in good time before your race briefing.

This event is open to both junior and adult competitors and is suitable for:

• First-time multisport participants
• Club athletes
• Competitive racers
• People who like swimming and people who like running!

• Follow all instructions from marshals and event staff
• Attendance at your race briefing is essential
• Bring all required kit for both swim and run sections
• Allow extra time for parking and arrival
